He was born June 23, 1929, near Dillon to John and Wilhelmina �Minnie� (Hoffman) Lorson.Survivors: wife, Delores: children, Debbie Pientka (Bob), Deanna Rowland (Les), Susan Hemphill, Mary Vergenes (Mark), Veronica Fowler, Joe Lorson (Tamara), Dan Lorson (Marci), John Lorson (Denise) and Tom Lorson; sisters, Bernice Scanlan and Dorothea Lorson; 19 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.Preceded in death by: two sisters and a grandson.Parish rosary: 7 p.m. Friday, May 5, at Carlson-Becker Funeral Home, Hope, with the family receiving friends following.Funeral Mass: 11 a.m. Saturday, May 6, at St. Columba Catholic Church, Elmo.
